Portable device for monitoring temperature. Primary use is to monitor packages and shipments associated with temperature-sensitive products, such as perishable items. It has an alert signal that will show if out of range temperatures have been encountered in the supply chain and data can be downloaded to the temperature logger software to determine where and for how long temperature deviations occurred. A number of custom configurations are programmable to fit temperature monitoring needs.
