High performance. Polypropylene backing reinforced with continuous polypropylene ribbing. Typical 240 lb/in width tensile strength for the most demanding strapping and bundling on metallic or fiberboard surfaces. Unique clarity.

Polypropylene backing provides excellent resistance to nicks, abrasion, moisture, and scuffing. Patented continuous ribbing of polypropylene monofilaments reinforces tape for reliable strength. Specially formulated rubber resin adhesive bonds to metallic or fiberboard surfaces.Applications:- The most demanding strapping, bundling, banding, and reinforced closures- L-clips and C-clips for non-RSCs such as FOLs and 5-panel folders- Use with manual Scotch(R) L-Clip Dispenser S634 or semi-automatic 3M-Matic(TM) L-Clip Applicator S857Typical Physical Properties:- Bar codes, type and graphics show through unique clear backing.- 30% elongation at break.- 74 oz/inch adhesion to steel.- Standard widths: 12, 18, 24, 36, and 48 mm
